Step 1: Access Meeting Preferences

To get started, navigate to Meeting Preferences in the Embra app by clicking on the settings menu.

Step 2: Install Google Meet or Zoom

On the Meeting Preferences page, you can install either Google Meet or Zoom.

Step 3: Configure Recording Settings

Embra provides three recording options:

  1. Record all external meetings – Automatically records meetings with participants outside your company domain.
  2. Record all internal meetings – Records meetings where all attendees share the same company domain.
  3. Record meetings not on the calendar – If you start a meeting directly in Zoom or another app, Embra can detect and record it automatically (requires the full Embra app).
